Frequently asked questions
What's included in monthly store care?+
Depending on the plan: error and speed checks, small edits, help with add-ons and a regular summary. Plans are listed in the price list.
Do unused hours expire?+
Hours apply to the given month. If you regularly don't use them, we'll recommend a smaller plan.
Why do our e-mails land in spam?+
Usually SPF, DKIM or DMARC is missing or misconfigured. We set them up and check that mail from your store and company reaches the inbox.
