Frequently asked questions
How many rounds of revisions are included?+
Two rounds for logos, graphics and banners. For videos, the number of revisions is listed with each package in the price list. Further changes are billed hourly.
What is a UGC video?+
A short video in which an ordinary person shows and reviews your product. It feels more trustworthy than classic advertising and people believe it more on social media.
Do we get the source files?+
Yes. For logos and identities we hand over vector files and a brand manual; for videos, final versions in formats for the web and social media.
